movies extravaganza

I suck at life.

No really its true.

I really haven't updated this in ALMOST a month, which is just sad.

I should be thrown into the streets to beg like the sad little creature I am. I should be forced to sell my hair to pay for sweing class (which will be burned down by a fire) and then walk through the snow to get to the bakery, just to find them closed. Precisely.
Its not even that I FORGOT to do this (heaven forbid), no I consciously thought about it and tried to come up with cool posts, but never actually got around to logging in and typing a few simple words. And THAT dear readers is why I suck.

*Awkward turtle, moving on...*

I would like to extend a very very warm thank you to my dear friends the Rountrees for enlightening me to the beauty of HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE!!! *enter dramatic music*
...okay cut that out
*music ends*

Erm, hem hem... as I was saying, Howl's Moving Castle is WAY BEYOND AWESOME on so many levels. I think I just found another favorite movie.

Why oh why did I not jump on the Mykazaki (Is that even right? Whatever, my DVD case is too far away for me to care.) bandwagon before today?

Oh, and I claim Howl. I am going to marry him. I don't care what you say I will bring him to life and make it legal to marry fictional characters (then again, if marrying fictional characters WERE legal, I might just have to practice polygamy...shh don't tell anyone. I think I'll move to Utah.)

so yes, Thank you! XD

~ENTER PART 2~
Movies deux.
I need to go to the movie theatres. I need to see multiple movies that are currently out.
I make a bad habit of waiting too long to go see some pretty awesome movies and then by the time I get around to it they are no longer available and I have to wait about 5 months for them to come out on DVD or VHS (but seriously, who buys VHS nowadays? WAKE UP AND SMELL THE FUTURE PEARHEADS!!!)

So, I really want to see Across the Universe. I keep hearing nothing but good news about this movie (except from stupid critics. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE CRITIQUE YOU PLUMBRAINS!!!)

I also want to see Elizabeth: The Golden Age. I figure I need to see the first film first though. It might make a bit more sense. Pssht, I know Q.E. who needs HISTORY? umm...me. Yeahhhh...

..and December Boys, but I have NO idea where that is playing (if its even playing anymore). Oh well.

Bring on the popcorn-y smells and cushion-y seating. I'll sit quite happily and marvel in modern technology, thank-you-very-much.
