Woo 7 Days!

Seven days.
One week.

It's only a short amount of time before I leave for France! I leave next Wednesday very late at night and will spend ten days gallivanting around the city of lights. Ah, Paris. I AM SO EXCITED!!!! AHHH!!! I finally heard back from the girl I will be staying with. Apparently she never got my original e-mail I sent and probably thought I was some jerk-face or something. (That's only my guess) So I got an e-mail saying "Hey! did you ever get my letter I sent? Hello? Anyone there?" (...okay so I paraphrased) I responded and crossed all my fingers and toes and hoped for the best. I think it was the crossing of the toes that helped since my e-mail went through this time! Huzzah! She responded to me and sent me several pictures of her family. They look so nice! French people are so cute. I'm really glad I'm going to be staying with her for part of this trip since there are so many cool things we'll be doing.

It hasn't really sunk in yet that I'll be going to France in a couple of days. It's a wierd concept for someone who has never really left the continent, let alone country! :) It'll hit me on Monday and then I'll flip out. I really wish somebody would video tape the expression on my face when I come to terms with this whole thing. It'll be priceless.
